Well, at least it seems to be more effective. Did you see any text in the 
konsole that could identify a bug?

Yes - that's how these modern machines work nowadays.

One last thing, you should include the details about your hardware and include 
the versions of your software (like which Kubuntu are you on?) when you ask 
questions so that you give yourself bigger net to catch an answer fish ;)
