Where is the "Administrator" button?

There is actually no Administrator Mode button there. That's a known bug in 
Kubuntu Feisty. No amount of adjusting the window or font size will fix it.

To use the KDM Theme Manager, you have to use KControl:

Press Alt+F2, type in "kcontrol" and go System Administration -> KDM Theme 
Manager.
