Strange entries in xsession-errors

Just taken a look in my .xsession-errors file and I noticed some odd entries 
such as:

/usr/bin/xmodmap:  unable to open file '/home/mfraser.Xmodmap' for reading
/usr/bin/xmodmap:  1 error encountered, aborting.

and:
Ignored duplicate item: KlineakConfig
Ignored duplicate item: FreeGuide
Ignored duplicate item: Camstream
Ignored duplicate item: Konsole

These appear to be entries in the kmenu

followed by lots of lines like:
Ignored duplicate item: Photobox
Ignored duplicate item: Drobe
Ignored duplicate item: RISCOS.org
Ignored duplicate item: The Icon Bar
Ignored duplicate item: FedoraForum.org - ...0 wireless drivers
Ignored duplicate item: Inkscape

These are bookmarks from Firefox and Konqueror. Which may mean it's looking at 
both sets of bookmarks and telling me that some are duplicated?

Any ideas what these errors mean? My main concern is the Xmodmap error.
