Sure, if they are not running at the same time, they do not conflict each
other. The problem was that they were running together.
I succeeded quitting klaptopd, yet "power manager" cannot be uninstalled (it
restarts at every new sessions). Any ideas?

Moreover kcontrol->powercontrol->laptop battery reports diffrent times 
How can one be sure it is disabled?
