That's Theo de Raadt of OpenBSD. He's well known for being ideologically
driven at times. Some people consider him a zealot. 

His opinion about the Core2Duo "bugs" -- errata, really, is not
universally shared. Here's Linux Torvalds on the same issue:

If you actually look at the errata papers from Intel it becomes clear
who has a better handle on CPU engineering issues.
