Just look for a package named
kubuntu-desktop

and install it.

Alternatively, it is easy to install it via command line. Open Konsole and run 
a command

sudo apt-get install kubuntu-desktop

before that do add a line with the newest KDE repositories for (K)Ubuntu 
feisty in the file 
/etc/apt/sources.list

and run a command in Konsole 

sudo apt-get update

This way you will get a complete Kubuntu desktop, and you can switch between 
kde and gnome at the gdm/kdm login.
