OOo spreadsheet question

I have a spreadsheet with 4,600 names, addresses, burthdays etc in it. It is a 
voter list. I need to send a mail document to the voters one per household. 
Is there a simple way I can print addressess labels to just 1 per each 
address listed, or possibly a way to parse out all the unique addresses and 
paste them into another sheet for printing?

Any and all suggestion appreciated.
