Help !!!..A dial up modem problem...please help me out.....

hi guys....
i am quite a newbie 2 KDE n linux as well.......
kubuntu fiesty works fgreat for me....but i have just one problem...
i cant just configure my "dial up modem" 2 work correctly...
so i cant get the web packages thru apt-get.....
i tried much in "kppp" but due 2 my restricted knowledge of dialup scripts....i finally gave it up.....

the detals of my modem are as follows...

standard 33600bps modem...
it is an external modem in my wireless phone and connects using a serial port.......
it is used at speed of 115200bps.....
also my ISP has given an initialization parameter like....."AT+CRM=1"
phone no is #777.....
IP is dynamic....
uid n psswd r.."internet"....

this was a list of all the details i could obtain......

sorry for being nerdish.....
but please help me out guys.....
