Launch application on second Display

That definately looks like your ticket. I guess you would only need:
kstart --desktop 2(?) mythtv(?)
Of course, we are assuming that you only want to launch MythTV on the
second display. You could probably edit the shortcut for MythTV to
use this command when it is launched. If you want something more
complex than this (like every application opening on second display)
than I am not sure how to configure it.
