Fujitsu Laptop Issues

How should one evaluate "hot"? My Toshiba Satellite L25-S119 runs warm, but
if it were a cup of coffee, I'd consider it too cool to drink happily. My
Dell Inspiron 3500 runs dead cold with RedHat 8.
