Make Konsole Open tabs automatically

Save the profile as the one that's in your menu, or on your panel, I 
believe the default one is named filemanagement.

I put different buttons on my panel to have konqueror open to different 
directories. What I do is navigate an open konqueror window the way I 
want it, then under settings/save view profile I give it an appropriate 
name, for your example let's say tentabs. Then I make a new button on my 
panel and for executable I put:
kfmclient openProfile tentabs (or whatever profile you want to open with 
that button). I put a description that shows up in the tool tips, and 
change the icon to something that helps me associate that button with 
the directory it opens.
