intro and grub question

I will try a different keyboard. The mobo of this machine is a HP 850 mhz
and the other parts came from all over LOL. When I set this machine up I
could access the BIOS with no problem but now I cannot seem to get into it
no matter what key I try.
I am going to go back and study grub. And check the keyboard.
