Telling Konqueror not to preempt Firefox

Hi, all.
Since I'd prefer using Krusader as default file manager and Firefox as 
default web browser, is there any way of causing Konqueror to 
spontaneously yield to these two applications?
Any help will be thankfully appreciated.
