I use a Creative MuVo2 for all of my podcasts and audiobooks, and I just
load it up using a file manager. It mounts automatically as soon as I
plug in the USB cable, and as long as I remember to unmount it before
unplugging the cable I have no problems. My personal choice for file
manager is Krusader, which closely resembles the Total Commander I used
when I used Windows previously.
