Upgrading from Edgy to Feisty

*The Fiesty Fawn 7.04 will not install on my P IV, 3 G processor and 1 GB
Ram even though I have the Kubuntu 6.10 installed on this machine.*
*Just wont go to install with boot from CD or run CD whth Win XP.*
*The media is fine and does install on a older P III , 512 Ram.*
*Please somebody help.*
