From 64 bit to 32 bit?

Yes I know that it is possible to run a 32 bit system on a an AMD 64 bit
processor; what I meant was to do a dist-upgrade from my 64 bit install to a 32
bit install (I'm starting to need flash and some extras for Scribus that are not
available in 64 bit versions).
