From 64 bit to 32 bit?

I want to upgrade my 64 bit install to Feisty from Edgy BUT to the 32 bit version 
- is it possible?

I don't really want to have to start making a list of all the extra apps I've 
installed over the last 6 months.

So, is it possible or do I have to make a fresh install?
