Hi!
Basically, RAID should not be an issue, since it is a server
technology, or at least originated from there. You should still check
the RAID Controller that you will be using, if it is working with
Linux / Ubuntu (just enter it on Google together with Linux and / or
Ubuntu).
Maybe you can find something on SLI in the wiki or the forums...
