KUbuntu 7.10 release [was: Re: KDE: shortcut for "give me application X"]

You can always 'fix' that by adding the applets from the top taskbar to
the bottom one.  once added, right click them and place them where you
think they should go and finally, when all looks well with the bottom
taskbar, right click the top one and remove it, the option might be
delete, not sure, I just do not this very often.  
I call it the "Wintel" look.
