KDE: shortcut for "give me application X"

DCOP lets you do this for some (apparently those complied against
KMainWindowInterface) apps, but not all applications.

I made a script that does what you want for konsole; it's attached.

Crunch doesn't seem to support dcop.  I don't know another means to do
this, but there may be one.
