fiesty kernel 2.6.20-14 upgrade problems

I get a similar error message:

Err http://us.archive.ubuntu.com feisty/main linux-image-2.6.20-14-generic
2.6.20-14.23
  403 Forbidden [IP: 91.189.89.8 80]

E: Unable to fetch some archives, maybe run apt-get update or try with
--fix-missing?

this might help someone figure it out...
