I would like to know, on how to read OO.o files in MS Office, especially the fonts. May I know how to add Free Fonts to MS Office?

I assume you already know how to export in .doc format.  OpenOffice.org
can not embed fonts.  Unfortunately, this seems to be a long-standing
bug (http://www.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=20370).
