KDE Graphic Quality

If you could post the answers to these questions someone could possibly help 
you....

1.  What version of Kubuntu are you using?
2.  What type of video card are you using?
3.  What type of monitor are you using?

This should get us pointed in the right directions to help you.  Of course, 
answers to these questions will result in more questions to ask you....
