I suggest you export the MS Exchange Contacts into vCard, this can be imported 
without any problems into Kontact (or any other decent addressbook 
application). The problem lies in the very non-standard file specifications 
used by Outlook (*.pst if IRC) and MS Exchange, so direct import is not 
supported because MS is not Free Software.
