Some communitys are providing direct *.deb files, e.g. Estonian 
OpenOffice.org Community. But these will install OpenOffice.org Estonian 
language version and therefore are useless for other people. Perhaps are 
there some other communities, which are providing *.deb files in their 
local languages. This can be checked at 
http://l10n.openoffice.org/languages.html and look exact localization 
project web site for more information.
