Cannot connect to IRC servers/networks

Hi Kashajim
It looks to me like your port 6667 is blocked for some reason. Do you have a 
firewall installed somewhere? If you do, and you control the firewall, you 
may need to allow connections on port 6667 for TCP. (Some firewall user 
interfaces require that you also specify the application).

If you haven't installed a firewall youself, the port may be blocked by your 
ISP, or you may have a router which does not forward the 6667 port to your 
computer.
