Linksys USB Wireless-G WUSB54GC on Kunbuntu/Ubuntu

We tried that same card on two different computers.
One using Dapper 6.06 with Ubuntu. Then on one
with Kubuntu 6.06 Dapper. Had signal at one point,
but it never got hold of the internet. We can always
hardwire with a cable modem, or from a router with
ethernet cable, but no wireless card.

The last thing we tried a few days ago was on the new
computer ( only two weeks old ). We actually tried the
newest kernel and then installed Kubuntu Edgy. It
still didn't come through. We haven't given up, but
we have put it aside for a few days.
