OT question number one: MS Outlook....

I have decided a friend to try Linux; his only worry: "I must not moose my 
Outlook Express emails and adress book, or IE bookmarks."

Can anyone hlp me find where those are kept, so I can ensure they are copied 
somewhere safe ?
