OpenOffice highly unstable

I may have discovered something around the stability.  I'm not *sure* it will 
help, however, it seems to be helping here.  Instead of 100 undo levels run 
it down to 20 or so.  Also make sure Sun's java is selected, and give it a 
little more memory.  All of this is in various places in options. (Like 
General -> Memory etc.)
