OO Base never lets me save BASE FORM

Kubuntu Edgy, and OO 2.0.4-0ubuntu2.

I can create a database fine, but when I try to use the "wizard" to
create a form, I follow the steps;

1: field selection
2: set a sub-form
5: arrange controls
6: set data entry
7: apply styles
8: set name

After that I click/double-click the "finish" button, and nothing
happens. I've ran from the shell, and there is no output giving any
error messages.

Any ideas/clues/tips or is there a bug report on this?
