Hi All
my previous problem was E ; dpkg was interrupted, you must manually run 'dpkg --configure -a' to correct the problem. sudo dpkg --configure -a, enter it came up with 'downloading' but after several minutes nothing happened
I followed the advice I was given. How do I fix this mess so apt-get works again, step by step please
 henjin
