xvidcap makes fast movies (was: Re: Kubuntu Screencast)

I installed xvidcap on my machine (edgy) but I do have a problem. If I record 
something, it is more like a Charlie Chaplin-movie. Everything goes SO 
fast... In your video it looks like the normal speed, but in mine it is much 
faster than the reality. Do you have any ideas?!
