There are two spam-related buttons in Kmail, filter classify as spam and 
filter classify as not spam. Use the not spam button on your legit mail.

This isn't really a "problem" per se; Bayesian filters must be trained on 
corpuses of both legit mail and spam so that they can tell the difference 
between what you consider to be good and junk; it's how they're designed to 
work.
