Unstable OpenOffice

With the updates of the last 2 days for Dapper Openoffice has become unstable 
for me.  Stability is restored by turning openoffice dialogs back on in the 
settings.  Is it just me or are others having this issue?  It must be the KDE 
integration package openoffice.org-kde that has the problem.
