SCIM and other language characters -- documentation?

I am seeing a lot of emails about SCIM and other languages and have noticed
what seems an obvious lack of documentation on how to get it up and working
correctly.   How can I, as a part of the documentation team help this out?
I will be perfectly honest and say that I don't use SCIM and only know
English.  I would love to add some documentation to the official docs, but
don't know enough. 

 

If someone would like to create something I can add into the official docs
that would be great.
