Scanner - Epson Stylus CX3700

We just bought an Epson Stylus CX3700 (it's a printer/copier/scanner) 
and after updating to Dapper, the printer is working but I can't get 
XSane to 'see' the scanner.
I was under the impression that it would work just fine with Dapper.
How do I get XSane to see it?
