Is a Unified Qt-based Package manager possible?

KPackage does that right now.  It's part of KDE and installs on any
Debian, RPM, Slackware or FreeBSD based distro.

It's a bit more clunky than Adept or Synaptic, but it pretty much does
the same thing.
