Using UTC

The system clock is set by the hardware clock at boot,
if you want to change that you have to use "hwclock".
I haven't used this command before so I can't tell how
exactly to use it but maybe something like this?

/sbin/hwclock --set --date `date --utc +%d/%m/%Y" "%k:%M:%S` --utc

But get someone with more experience to look at that command.
