The strings like html, php... probably wouldn't be in the dictionary
because it's a standard dictionary i.e. not a technical one and adding
them is one of those annoying little things.
On the whereabouts of the custom dictionary the man page for ispell
says it's in $HOME/.ispell_hashfile although I can't find any file like that
in my home dir, so I would suggest that when you reinstall just backup
your entire $HOME dir.
