Where can I find the changelogs to the "ubuntuXY" updates of KDE?

I'm afraid I just don't know - all I _do_ know is that aptitude is showing
the only changelog that's provided for that specific package (and I'd be
pretty sure that sort of behaviour exists throughout KDE).

KDE seems to go through stages of frequent updates. If you don't want to
download all of that, but still want to use the current testing distro, I'd
recommend setting some arbitrary limit like "no more than one dist-upgrade
a week, if KDE is involved". I'll see no KDE changes for weeks, then 3 in
a week - two so far this week.
