I've had this problem with Konqueror before on various iterations of KDE3.x.x.
The fix usually was to flush ALL the cookies related to the site that was
causing the "loop". The other "fix" was to explicitly set JavaScript options
for the domain in question - particularly allow pop-ups and such. Once the
link is working again, you can start locking down JavaScript again.
If these don't fix it, then I'm afraid it may be a Dapper "bug".
