Can't Log In

I seem to be unable to log in to my Dapper Drake (flight 5) computer.  When I 
enter my username and password, it hangs for a moment and then takes me back 
to the login screen.  I get no message telling me that I've entered a wrong 
login or password, unless I deliberately put in a wrong password.

Any thoughts?
