How can I sync a PocketPC?

Now that I've no windows machine, I've no way to access my PocketPC
data through the computer. This is a little frightening considering
how fragile the devices are. How can I sync the PocketPC (Dell x50v:
Windows Mobile 2003SE) with Kubuntu so that I can access the data in
case of failure or loss of the device? I'd prefer a KDE app, but
anything will do.
