problem with unofficial repository at ftp.free.fr

[Art Alexion]

I added this a while back with source-o-matic.  Worked fine for months, but 
for the past month apt-get udate says:

Failed to fetch 
ftp.free.fr/pub/Distributions_Linux/plf/ubuntu/plf/dists/breezy/non-free/binary-i386/Packages.gz  
Unable to fetch file, server said 'Failed to open file.  '
