Solved!! ... maybe?

I am sure that I selected the catalogs when I first discovered katapult,
but it didn't work.  Recently, katapult was updated [breezy] and it
still didn't work.  I tried it again, and launched the configuration
dialog, and none of the catalogs were selected.  I selected them again,
and now it works.

Hopefully, it was the update that deselected the catalogs and not a
problem with settings "sticking".
