kubuntu Dapper: kded crashes 'CppSQLite3Exception' -SOLVED

K got the answer...the problem is with kat.

said by kde-misc/kat-0.6.4.ebuild :

# Set sqlite to 3.2.1 for now as KDED crashes with sqlite >=3.2.2

since i dont use kat..i uninstalled it and the kded crashes stopped and 
everything works as it should.
