I think you didn't get me, my modem uses PPP as this is "standard" for ADSL
devices here in Austria.

I already have ADSL for more than 1 year now, I just wanted to know if there's
somebody who knows an easy way to confiure ADSL on Kubuntu. I've never ever
configured ADSL on Kbuntu and wanted to know if there are tools, etc. which
make it easier to configure it? I figured out how to get ADSL working with
SuSE, but I've got no idea about the subject matter.

I just tried to set up ADSL on my brother's Kubuntu box. I managed to connect
the system to the modem, but that's about it. :( I couldn't get ADSL work. I
installed pptp, but all I got was an error telling me that something's wrong
with a .c file... I've got no idea.

So my final question again: Are there (easy to understand) tutorials out
there? Google didn't provide me with anything usefull...
