really slick screensavers

Hi all,

I have just installed the really slick screensavers package, and tried for
example 'plasma'. All I get is a black screen. I have the nvidia driver
installed.

So I dived into /var/log looking for an error message and a hint

I did a tail -f on kdm.log, messages, syslog, Xorg.0.log, tried to start
'plasma' and nothing usefull was shown.

So I less'd them and has a look, in kdm.log I got the following ...

(==) Log file: "/var/log/Xorg.0.log", Time: Mon Feb 20 08:48:16 2006
(==) Using config file: "/etc/X11/xorg.conf"
Skipping "/usr/X11R6/lib/modules/libfb.a:fbmmx.o":  No symbols found
Symbol __glXgetActiveScreen from
module /usr/X11R6/lib/modules/extensions/libdri.a is unresolved!
Symbol __glXgetActiveScreen from
module /usr/X11R6/lib/modules/extensions/libdri.a is unresolved!
The XKEYBOARD keymap compiler (xkbcomp) reports:

I suspect this is not the problem,

Any suggestions as to where to look ?

Dave
