Hoary  = Ubuntu 5.04 (last Version)
Breezy = Ubuntu 5.10 (current stable)

You can find out with:
$ uname -r
2.6.12-10-k7

$ cat /etc/issue
Ubuntu 5.10 "Breezy Badger" \n \l
