Because people are individuals with the freedom to choose. What works
well for one person does not work well for another. Just like you
prefer a different flavour icecream to someone else, you prefer a
different windowing environment to someone else. It doesn't mean the
other flavour icecream or windowing environment is bad, it just means
we have the freedom to choose what works best for ourselves.
